METHODOLOGY

Build up your potential and raise through the Skillathletic Classes. Each class is designed to take your inner athlete out, making you discover how much you can really achieve. The classes are modular, meaning that you can start from every class and go at your own pace, and are meant to make you achieve your objectives fast.

Each session, which lasts no longer than 60 minutes, is divided into assessment, warm up, training and recovery. During the assessment phase the coach checks in the users and explains the exercises to be performed. In the warm up phase, users do warm up exercises based on the kind of workout to be performed. The training session represents the true core of the class, while the recovery phase, focuses to return the participants to a pre-exercise state. Throughout the class, participants work in pairs or teams, in order to forge a solid training community.

Skillathletic classes are performed in a dedicated and inclusive environment, designed to let the participant achieve the best training outcome, regardless of his or her level of athletic preparation, and to make the class work as a teams. One of the key elements of Skillathletic classes is to forster sportsmanship and teamwork among their members.

It’s not all fun and game though. From BOOST to MIGHTY, you will experience every possible combination of physical and mental exhaustion. Be brave, and venture into the new dimension of high intensity group training.
